• Siebel Web Services and ASI - Web Services enables applications to expose business functionality to external applications using SOAP and HTTP protocols. Web Services along with Siebel ASI framework can be used to expose Siebel business logic to external applications. The session will detail the step by step process to create and use web services in Siebel.
  
  
• Pharma - Sample Dropping - When a Medical Rep makes a call to a Doctor/Physician, he records the information about the call. He records information relating to the products discussed and the indications for which products were promoted, any promotional items that were delivered to the doctor. He records the issues that the doctor raised during the call so that he can follow up before his next visit. In addition, the Medical Rep records the information of the medicine samples dropped with the doctor and captures a digital signature of the physician acknowledging the receipt of the sample, on his Tablet PC.
  This session will talk about the Call Recording process involving Sample Dropping.
