Fran Rosch

Vice President of Information Security

Fran Rosch is vice president and general manager of Information Security at Symantec where he is responsible for the following products and services: SSL and Trust Services, User Authentication (PKI and VIP), Managed Security Services and O3, Symantec’s recently released Identity and Security gateway for cloud and web applications. In this role, Fran is responsible for overall business strategy and results. Fran directly manages product management and strategy, product development, customer authentication, SOC service delivery and operations, business operations and cloud infrastructure operations.

Rosch joined Symantec in 2010 through the acquisition of VeriSign’s security business. Prior to joining Symantec, Rosch had been part of the VeriSign security organization for twelve years where he focused on working with the company’s largest customers to design and deploy effective security solutions to solve business challenges.

Prior to joining VeriSign in 1998, Rosch worked as an IT and security consultant for various consulting organizations. Rosch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

   

Michael Campbell

Michael Campbell is the Global Vice President of Website Security Solutions Sales at Symantec Corporation. Mike is responsible for driving customer-focused website security solutions across all sales channels globally – direct, indirect and via e-commerce. As the market leader for SSL, Campbell places special priority on client service and developing cost-effective solutions to meet customer and market demands.

Drawing on more than 25 years of sales leadership experience at premier high technology organizations, Campbell has a proven track record of successfully running direct and channel sales programs and managing high-revenue producing sales forces. Mike joined Symantec via the merger with VeriSign’s Authentication business unit; viewed by many as Symantec’s most successful acquisition to-date. At VeriSign, Mike held numerous positions, most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Mobile Messaging Division. Prior to joining VeriSign, he was vice president of sales at Guardent where he ran the enterprise and channel sales teams before the company was acquired by VeriSign. Before Guardent, he led Akamai’s U.S. sales force operations and was responsible for growing the company’s revenue from $89 million to over $160 million in one year. Mike also held various sales leadership positions at NCR, UUNET, CompuServe, MCI and WorldCom, where he directed large sales teams targeting global enterprises.

Campbell has received numerous sales achievement awards throughout his career, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton in the United States.
